I ordered a TV of cost £ 90 and they promised to deliver in 1 week. But they didn't deliver the tv from last 5 months and even not refunding the amount and making a lot of excuses i.E. Banking problem, accountant problem etc etc. I am so fade up on this situation. Now they are closed as per their website and they mentioned to offer refund which am sure will not!

Can some governing body catch this company and his director Andrew Miles. And punish them so that they wont do it again with any other person.
