Delivered a used mattress

Aarons in Schenectady NY delivered a used mattress to me instead of the new one I ordered. I was not informed, there is no bright yellow tag on the mattress stating it is used (required by law in NYS). I did not notice this until today when I was looking over my contract. There was no answer when I called today. I made my payment on line and complained to their web site customer service, requesting a new replacement as well as new foundation (which is new) as it now has been used with the mattress. I am hoping they will resolve this, or I will simply return it and they will have lost a customer.
