I tried to purchace minutes for my husband and grandson paid for minutes. While i was still on phone with them my cell phone quit working. Have called them several time. One guy told me would have new phone by friday. No phone. Asked them to listen to thier tapes of that time and date. So they could hear him tell me i would get new phone. Requested a call back. Have not heard anything from them since. But i was charged for the minutes on 3 phones
