Bought a year subscription plus 2 additional services to speed up the uploads and be able to back up an external drive. After plenty of useless back and forth to try and make it work, I decided to cancel the account and asked for a refund. The company refunded the prepaid year of storage but they went ahead and quoted their 'no refund policy' for the additional services! That is so wrong in so many ways; should be untefundable IF you keep your account, but if I dont even have a service why would they not refund the additional services? That's a crook's move! Is not likr the additional services were handmade! It's software and coding you crooks! They are a bunch of cowards hiding behind emails. No one has the decency to call and their support number does not work.
This crap needs to be made available to any sucker planning on signing up with these people.
