I didn't trust Entropay but still gave them a try so that i can be using there virtual credit cards for PayPal. I deposited $20 in my account to get a virtual credit card. Everything was going well. PayPal verified everything and i wanted to add my bank account into my Entropay acount. As soon as i did that, i wanted to transfer back my $20 to my bank account but they wouldn't let me. So i thought why not submitted my document for verification? I uploaded all the required documents and within a few hours, an alert came on the homepage saying "Your account is still pending verification. Click here to complete the verification process." To my surprise i already uploaded the documents for verification even before the warning. I was also surprised that, i was using the basic account and the basic account lets me transfer up to $1500 but it wouldn't even let me transfer $20. It's been awhile now and still i have not been verified. Please help me! I want my moneyback! Dont trust entropay!
