Unauthorized Charges, Account Lockout and Identity Theft Claims

They have filed charges for items I did not purchase, and they filed e-checks without my knowledge. When I confronted them about this, they fixed it so that I can no longer use eBay or pay merchants. I have not received items I paid for. They said that I did not pay for them, even though I have my bank statement showing that amount. They said it did not show up in their records and that I should contact my bank because they are taking my money. My bank statement shows PayPal and the exact amount of the item.

Then I used a credit card to pay for some items before I got locked out, and they wiped out my credit card with charges that I have no idea what for. They hacked into my computer to get information on me, and I have a program that shows when my computer is hacked and who did it, along with their I.P. address. PayPal has also tried to get my tax information and information on me, stating that I consented to them having all my account history and more. I am now suffering identity theft, with someone opening accounts in my name and my husband's.

My father was in the Mob before he died last year, and they told me that if I ever need their help they will be there for me out of loyalty to my father. They found out that PayPal sells people's identity and makes up fraud cases to get people's money and invest it in companies that they have started, and that they launder money for the Asian people. The Asian people show rare antiques for sale and send you a copy of that item. I have items that are not what I paid for, and PayPal told me that they are on the seller's side and dropped the case. I also found out that they sold my identity to someone in another state. I went to the police department and filed cases, but they said it was going to be too hard to do anything because everything happened in other states.

The man in charge of PayPal, when confronted, told me, "What are you going to do about it?" and laughed at me, as if they cannot be touched. I am trying to do everything the legal way, but they have a long history of doing this to others. What is it going to take to put an end to them doing this and getting away with illegal activities?
