Miscellaneous

I ordered skin care products online for $4.95. I never received any confirmation of purchase. I received the products a week later. There was no invoice, no receipt, no company name, no address, no phone number included: just the products in a box. 3 weeks later I received more of these skin care products which I did not want. I hadn't even had a chance to try out the initial sample. I had no phone number for which to call the company. Nor had I received a bank statement from my credit card company to see the outrageous costs the company was charging. When I called my credit card company to see if I had been charged, they informed me that I had been charged once for $99, and again for $105.95 from a different company name and address. My credit card company was kind enough to provide me with the phone numbers and the name of the skin care company (Pxl*Equinoxskinsystem or just merely Skinsystem). I called them twice and they would ONLY refund me $79.00. They were rude and only placed blame back on me for not informing them within days of ordering their products. I do not feel they are trustworthy, courteous, nor do they have the best interest of their customers in mind. They just want to get as much money as they can in whatever way they can sneak it out of you. The initial advertisement talked of seeing skin results in 4 weeks, yet they give you less than a week to FIND them (United Kingdom, Utah, California were places I tried) to cancel. Such a scam. Do not buy this product!!! It is not worth the money they get. The product also doesn't perform any better than a drugstore brand product.
