Applyehic.org is one of many companies that charge for the European Health Insurance Card. This card is available free from the NHS. Applyehic.org supposedly charge for a 'checking' service which allows them to circumvent the fact that they are in effect charging for something which is a non-chargable service provided by the NHS.
