In going through my daughter's account, she noticed this charge of $11.99 for the previous three months. She has no idea where this came from. We both feel she has been scammed in some fashion. I noticed others with this charge appearing on accounts. If it a re-occurring fee this needs to be stressed and stressed. This is stealing.
