I wanted to change my address so I googled "change my address" and I believed OK had clicked on the USPS website. It mentioned a dollar processing fee, instead I was charged way more than that! Called my bank and cancelled my debit card. Called this "company" and listened to tacky music for 40 minutes before going to their voicemail. Ripoff...
