I made the mistake of signing up with Westbow Press. I was told to make three payments which I did and it was not a small stretch of our finances to do it. I sent in my manuscript and then waited for six months to find out what my next step was. I made calls weekly to my publishing coordinator but never seemed to be able to get through. Then in February I was sent an email stating that my book could not be published and gave me a list of several things I need to change most of which I have already done. I called Jeff who is I guess in charge of putting people off because by the time I got a call back from him he stated that I could not get a refund because it was past the six months deadline. It took them 8 months to even look at my manuscript. How could I have asked for a refund sooner if I didn't know I was going to need one. I just received another email from Katerine Montgomery stating there were still multiple problems with my manuscript even though I had met every change they said was needed. This company is NOT a christian company or they would be using christian ethics in their business practices.
