I requested my temperary change of address on 05/23 effective 05/24. I was still recieving mail at my old address 05/28. This is unacceptable i paid you almost $20.00 to insure my mail stop on the requested date. I understand the mail not being delived for about 10 days, but the stop at old address should be on requested date. This has caused undue stress have someone checking my old mailing address and then having to mail it to my new address. Please advise as to what action and restitution you intent to take to corect this problem. As of this complaint no response.
