On March 29th My step-dad and I both sent this company 100.00 each plus 11.10 per letter shipping, on April 4th we sent back their questionnaire for a price of 19.95. As of today's date we have not received the product we paid for

I have sent them emails on 4/10 and 4/15 and have never gotten a response to my questions. The email address I responded to was orderplaced@netssi.net. The address we sent our communications and payment to was
Net ssi 9450 S. W Gemini Dr 3457 Beaverton OR 97008-7105.

Each time we sent mail to them it was sent return receipt requested. So we have a record of delivery day, time and who signed for it.

I hope I can get some kind of resolution to this.
