It's my fault for being curious but I assumed, wrongly, that I'd lose only £5.99 on the Auction bid. Stupid! The initial money left my Bank on 15th May; the second amount left on 21st May. Needless to say, no goods— a phone — have appeared. How do I get a refund? Patricia Duncan
