I bid and won an ipad on 30/04 transaction No 442025989506 and I paid £5.45 by debit card on the 30th of April. On 01/05 they took a further unauthorised amount of £33.84 from my account. I have not yet received the goods. I rang them on 02035989506 and apparently they cannot send the goods until I have submitted my driving licence & passport!!! I was told they were running a 1 day gold promotion when I bid for this item & payment of the goods confirmed my agreement to their promotion for £33.84. Cobblers - nowhere did it mention this - I printed out everything for my records. So, buyer beware its a CON.
