Ordered a free trial which i did not receive, spoke to a man from usa who told me to claim through insure ship which i am doing, i told the guy i wanted to cancel yet the took second payment on may the 7th and sent no products. I have emailed back and forth only to be told the same thing that i did not adhere to terms and conditions even though i did cancel the membership. I have been offered a 50% refund and another shipment however i have never received any previous shipment so doubt another will be on its way. The company are complete liars and claim they don't receive your cancellation so they rip you off for more money. I have copied and pasted all complaints and emailed it to the company and im waiting for a response. I have also been told a manager will contact me twice but have never received a phone call or an email. This company needs to be stopped as they are stealing peoples money
