Leanspa rip off will not respond to emails and calls are disconnected

I received my trial and used for 5 days and was charged before this trial was over. I then tried to contact them by phone and got a message that high call volume and was disconnected. Tried to call several times, same thing. I emailed them three times and no response. Then they emailed me reguarding another shipment. I emailed them not to ship and cancel any futher shipments. They shipped any way. I have now emailed them for a forth time to return new shipment and trial shipment still no response. I don't know why they want to conduct business this way but i hope no one else gets taken by them. Don't know what to do next?
