After reading this reveiws all I can say is you all are idiots. You should never pay for something unless you understand what is going on. When I called I spoke With (Ronnie) and (Tailor). I was told the homes are Pre forclosures. The Home owners contact info was available... Yes i though there were number so when i called back tailor told me that the home owners contact INFO was available so just send the email with you contact info. I never had any fraud charges to my account. Some home owners didnt know that here homes were listed and so i said are you in a pre forclosed house. They said we are in default. That led me to the conclusion that this company is just releasing Public info. I got the title search done did the rent with an option to buy, and now im in my own home and in three months i will have it transfered into my name.
I was trying to move into a house in 5 days that was all I had Tailor said she was going to lie her clients get in as soon as 1-3 or 4 weeks or sumthing but she didnt want to mis lead me. And said if I couldnt wait a week to 1 month then I might need to try else where.
She told me the truth instead of trying to lie. I signed up got a home and am happy
she said its non refundable
she said its monthly and so did ronnie (who i think is a man because others are saying its a girl) i cancled after the first month i was only chrged 40 and got into a home nothing wrong with this companie! Don't be mad at them if you pay 40 dollars and dont listen to what they say...
