I purchased a bed in October from Sleep America. It is a Europa brand, their in house name. THe pillow top had completly dished out on both sides of the bed, in less than 2 years. Sleep America refuses to honor the warranty because 1. I live in a differnt state and 2. The manufacturer of the bed has gone out of business so they are unable to do anything for me. So my warranty is syill good but they can't do anything about it.
