Beware: don't fall for sit-n-sleep's false warranties!

We purchased a high-end Stearns & Foster mattress from Sit-N-Sleep a couple of years ago; we were careful in asking the sales person for something with a good warranty. We purchased the higher-end product with a "Ten Year" warranty. The mattress has sunken in, torn and there are signs that the springs inside have not held their shape. Sit-N-Sleep sent an "inspector" to measure the mattress and ours did not "qualify" for replacement because the "inspector" can only measure the mattress while no one is on it. When you lay on it, you can feel the dips like a hammock. When no one is on it, the top layer of fabric appears to be flat, as if there are no dips. This is clearly false advertising... We feel mislead and lied to.
