I wrote a complaint to you on the 17th May to let you know these people took £170 or 256 dollars after I got 2 samples of products which were the size of 3 teaspoons.
One of the tube was EMPTY, completely empty and I apparently clicked on terms of conditions which said I had 14 days to buy or return the products. As I didn't know that, I didn't do anything as I really thought these 2 tubes were small samples.
So they took 256 dollars on the 14th may and when I rang and said they had no right, that one tube was empty, I was told to send the empty tube back which I did but I haven't heard anything, no refund no nothing.
This company have done this to so many people, I think they should be stopped.
For me it is nothing but DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
I don't know what I can do now to recover my money except to employ an expensive lawyer!!!
