Verizon wireless sold me equiptment i did not need. The agent did not come to my house to set up the equiptmen t as agreed to in a 72 hour time frame for returning the equiptment. I tried to return the unused items but verizon refused to accept them. Finally they took back the equiptment and canceelled all charges. Their accounting group did not get the message of cancellation of charges appearantly since they are billing me for thr equiptment i don't have. I'm a good citizen who pays my bills but i don't like being taken advantage of. They have no local office so i can't talk to anyone. All you get from them are menue afteer menue and low level people without authority.
