I called because I had condensation drip inside of my house on one units of my mini-split a/c. They told me I had a leak which made me lose all the freon. I questioned it since the other unit was working just fine. They said this was the reason for the drip was because of the freon. Desperate for cold air, I agreed to their repairs. May 24th I called the number on the invoice several times and after the hold prompt it would disconnect my call. I emailed them. No reply. I looked on their website and found a local number and got their answering service who told me that they wouldn't be open until the Tuesday after Memorial Day. So I called today to get the run around. They told me if the current leak wasn't due to the drain pipes which they cleaned I would owe additional money. I told them that the freon was supposed to had been the problem & they guaranteed their work for 1 year. She said she only answered phones... Sorry. I'm having them look at it today however if they tell me that it will be an additional charge I'm going to tell them to take a hike and I'll call the Better Business Bureau. Please note the Israeli/Spanish guy who did the work originally was rude and arrogant. I will NEVER use this company again.
