This was a free search for ancestors on July 1st and 2nd. I joined the free search - gave my visa number - stupid on my part - tried to search a person and cancelled four hours later on the same day - Today RBC visa called to tell me they charged on account 15 times for $1.00 - called to complain to this company and they told me to take it up with Visa there is nothing they can do. I have had to cancel my visa today over this matter - scammed - eleanor lynch, Toronto, Ontario
