I took advantage of their trial offer which allowed you to try their product and pay "only" 4.95 for shipping and handling. They DID not state on their order page that there would be an automatic charge on my checking account if I kept the product. Neither was that stated in the flyer that came with the product. All it said was that if I wanted a refund, I had to call the customer service number and get an RMA number. I tried calling but no one answered. I tried calling another number that I found online and it said the mailbox was full. These people are unscrupulous and I want that charge reversed.
