I order 5 plants from them on 3-31-13 and only received 1 plant so far and the rest have never arrived and that was 5-22-13. So I called them and told them about it on May 22nd and talk to a man and he told me, I could send the 1 plant back and I could get my money back. Well on Friday I get a email from the company saying there reshipping my order at my request and I never ask for that. I tried to email back but my email keeps coming back, so I'll try the one I found on your site and see if that works and see if I can get my money back.
