I too saw the advertisement online for a $4.95 offer. I purchased it on May 8. I fell for it like others apparently have. I did not see anywhere where I would be charged $109.67 14 days later. The charge just showed up on my bank statement. I was mortified. This is horrible to take advantage of people who are trying to give up a habit like smoking. Shame on them!!!
