I bought a subscription to Preton last year. They sent me an e-mail on 5/24 to say they were automatically renewing my sub using my old credit card no. I do not want an automatic renewal - I want to be able to renew when I like. I sent plimus.com an e-mail complaining but the e-mail has been returned. How can I stop them debiting my account.
