I just submitted a complaint regarding this matter, but I wanted to add that I am disabled. I lost my family in the last 11 months and I am in the hospital between 5-6 times a year. I had a professional career but that ended when I had to retire on full disability. I now am forced to live on approx. 40% of my working income. I was robbed 18 months ago while in the hospital. I was just discharged after a 24 days stay in the hospital. The last year has been hard and I needed a loan to help pay overdue bills. I am devastated by what happened. I set up bill payments, etc. Now I'm out $310.00 and have no money for food and other necessary expenses. I am lost and don't know what to do. I just wanted to post this so that other's are aware of this type of activity. I am angry with myself for not being more aware of the potential for this to happen.
