Unethical practices regarding contract, lot membership, down payment and resort fees. We purchased RV for dealer which provided us with a "year" free camping coupon for RV Resort, this turned quickly to a purchase membership using the coupon for down payment on a financial note with OCP. When asked about discrepancies in charges we were informed all sales were final, the down payment (credit card charges) were necessary to get us financed. Paperwork signed indicated we were aware of charges but in reality it was an after fact. This company is shady, I am also looking for others with same problem or someone who has already initiated legal proceedings.
