Took vehicle in to change the transmission oil. Got the vehicle back and the next morning found the fluid on the ground. Took to another shop and found the drain plug loose and motor mount loose. They refilled the fluid and tightened the bolts. Took the car back to the dealer when the opened. The check the car and admit the transmission is slipping but say it tests ok and now would cost 4535.00 plus 13% to fix. This is unacceptable.
