I was approved for a loan of 1000 and said if I send 200 more dollars that the money would be in my account in 20 minutes. If he had to cancel the loan then I will accrue a fee if 200.00 I told him no because he keep changing the amount each time we talk. So he kept saying I'm not going to force you either you want the loan or not. I told him he was scamming cause no one ask for money upfront because that's why they need a loan cause they're funds is low...
