We spoke with James whom told us that once he received the funds and paperwork. He would process our paperwork to reduce our interest rate on the mortgate. As soon as the money was receive by them we were unable to reach anyone by phone, email or fax. Phone numbers all went to voicemail. They are now all disconnected.
