They phone me up regarding loans and when I ask what it was about they advised they have founfd the perfect holiday loan for me.
Then on the 22/05 they debited my account £69.95... Then had the cheek to say I authorised it... Asked for recordedphone call.
They sent me a for to fill out for my refund which can only happen after 14 days of them receiving my invoice. Do you think they will ever receive my letter..
