Miscellaneous

I do surveys online a particuler survey I did took me to this site and gave me free bids for taking part. I used the bids and won a samsung c3300 for £5.65 which I payed for and didnt think anything of it until I checked my bank account and it said they had taken £7.64p the following day I was paying the rent and the payment was declined so I checked my bank statement and they had taken a further £36.01 p I went on the site and there was nothing in terms and conditions relating to the payment. I contacted wippy and they told me that when I bought the phone I had signed up for gold subscription which it said nothing of the sort it was a invoice for the £5.64 she said I had a free day gold membership and then I had to pay the full subscription and it stated this all on my reciept once I had payed for the phone. I have emailed them 5 /6 times demanding a refund but they decided to refund me for the phone which I didn't ask for them to do. I have asked them to refund the membership I never asked them for. They are now saying that I have used bids so they cant refund it. I have not been on the site since the 7/05 when I purchased the phone. This is alot of money to lose expecially when I have just had a baby and am om maternity pay.
