I am not sure if this person's name is really Jake Neumann, but I traced his number to Lemoore, CA where he says he was in the Navy and this person was to come get the camper once I get the money. Well he sent me e-mails through my hotmail account acting as if he was a Paypal website. He text me to tell me that the items might be in my Spam folder, which they were and it looked fishy all the way around, because I know that Paypal doesn't ask people to send checks through Western Union. I didn't lose any money because I know most policies and procedures but this person could have scammed several other people over the years and he or she needs to be stopped.
