The jacket came in extremely tight on the arms. The seamstress obviously didn't get it right. I wrote asking for a refund and several emails back and forth (me sending them pictures etc.) they declined the refund and said they would only be able to give me 20% off my next order. They stated that I'm the one that picked the measurements and they that made it to my specifications. Not happy at all with this company. They do not understand customer service at all.
