Charged 69.99 GBP "broker fee" when no actual loan applied for or taken out. Contacted company, requested refund in writing. They say they can't process this for 30 days.

Truly appalling company, preying on those in financial difficulty, charging fees whether or not loan taken out. Obviously relying on people not complaining and asking for a refund.

Completely unfair business practices.
