I ordered a free trial package which I received in April. During my second week on trial expecting to get my postage bill of trial pack money was taken from my account on 2/5 £79.99. I sent a message to say how can you take full amount before I finish trial what if it does not work. I didn't get a reply I have not received the package yet. So did they charge me for trial.
