I found a website offering african grey parrots for $200 plus $250 for shipping since they were coming from a foreign country. I was instructed to send $250 for shipping charges via money gram which I sent last week. Now I have received another email stating that the parrot was missing a vaccine and I needed to send another $308. I emailed and I advise of the situation. I've just been advise that this is a scam. Please help.
