I paid 2 (two) orders on Aug. 26, Order # U4614016701 - $995.00 & Order #U4613786201 - $997.00. I went through the orders & I have no funds to pay for Hostzilla - $253.76. I know that without the domain name & hosting, I won't make money so I asked for refunds on Aug / 31. They said Order #4614016701 does not exist. Confronted with the evidence that my bank provided that the order was successful, they granted me the refund of $995.00, but not on the other, Order U4613786201 - $997.00, so I am asking for the refund also of the $997.00 which I never got.
