I ordered my wedding dress from this company, foolishly without researching reviews from other customers first. The dress was supposed to ship in 8 days. It has been about 4 weeks and still no dress. I can no longer access my account on the tbdress website (that is when I can access the site at all). I emailed requesting to cancel my order (since I cannot get anyone at the phone number on their website), but the response stated they were going to "rush my order through." I immediately responded that I wanted to CANCEL my order not have it "rushed". That has been over two weeks and I still no further response and no refund. I have been forced to escalate this matter to a formal PayPal dispute AND I had to buy another wedding dress which has seriously affected my budget. I highly recommend NEVER using this company or at least researching complaints before you buy.
