Little house on the prairie DVD box set not arrived, no reply to emails estimated delivery date 7-14 may. Not happy as the only way of contacting them was via email the web site was looking good when i ordered the DVD box set and assured us that they were happy to sort out any unsatisfactory problems, and that if we are not 100% satisfied to contact them
