I ordered and paid for 'The Practice (the complete dvd collection)' on April 18, and was given an estimated delivery date of May 7 - 14 for delivery to the UK.
On April 25 I received an email informing me that the order was complete, had been shipped and was on schedule to arrive within 1 -3 weeks.
Having received nothing by 19 May, I emailed them for information. Received no answer, so I emailed again today 22 May. Am now waiting for reply but judging from the number of complaints filed against them, I am not expecting to get one!
