I loaned Michael Walker from Builder Lease Purchase LLC $5000 for a short term loan. His personal guarantee was attached as was his co-buyer Diane McCoy. He promised to repay this loan iless than 30 days. He has to this day continued to ignore this loan and has lost his case in court. His company is a total fraud and his business style is a Ponzi scam. He continues to do business in Georgia without a license and will have additional court times to resolve this debit.
