Bret Martin has used several individuals within the Portland Oregon Metro area in order to gain ground as a radio host. He hired several individuals to help fundraise for his cause Prior To AA, including videographers and production staff. He continues to hire staff with the promise of "paying them next week" only to never pay them or write "checks" from accounts that do not exist.
He has done this multiple times.
