They called and i spoke with mr. Miller. He stated i was being sued
by legacy visa for 4000.00 dollars. He stated i could pay 726.15 dollars and i would not be sued. I made a payment of 175.16 by debit card and agreed to 5 more payments of 100.22 dollars for five months. I was called two days later by legacy about the same credit card. I told them of making a payment to uited frued previntion and was told i had been scaned. I went to the bank and closed that account.
