I hired this company to install Impact windows and the installation went well. The county building inspector came out to inspect the windows and that's when the problem began. The windows does not have a Fl number that the inspector required. The contractor stated that he would contact the manufacturer of the windows (Eastern Architectural System) and as of this date I have not had any resolution. I am only here until June 3rd and then I am returning to Northeast Ohio. I talked to the building official and he said I should call the contractor. I called the contractor and he says he is having a problem getting the numbers and he will contact me as soon as this happens. He has been paid in full. Thank you
