Ordered product at cost of £1. Advised representative when he called I did not want any further product. A second product was delivered and I found that my credit card had been charged. Unable to speak to anyone got an automated response advising if I wished to cancel my account which was news to me as I had not set up an account. I was given cancellation number. Now referring to my credit card company
