Boehm Ritter (Nexiderm SP) rip off! I responded to a pop ad for "Nexiderm" skin cream offering a "free" 10 day trial. One week after receiving this product I noticed I was billed for $89.95 on my bank statement and it actually took a while for me to even figure out who "Boehm Ritter" was!

When I typed their name into the search engine Nexiderm's web site came up and that was when I figured out that I had just been scammed!!! First of all, no where and I mean NO WHERE in the initial pop up did I see anything about this skin cream costing $89.95!!! I would NEVER in a million years have ordered it if I had known the cost!

I have to cut my losses and accept that I have lost my money this time. I called the company's customer service number, was on hold for 45 minutes, yes, 45 minutes! I demanded for them to cancel my "membership"; oh yea, if you order this skin cream, you are automatically enrolled in this membership where they will send you this cream every month and of course bill you another $89.95 each month. They claim that I have been removed from this so called membership, I guess I will know for sure next month!

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also. My main objective in writing this here is to hopefully prevent anyone else from making the same foolish mistake that I did!!! I just don't want anyone else to lose their hard earned money as I did!

One more thing, I have learned the hard way that basically you must only and I mean only shop from companies that you absoutley are familiar with when shopping online; seriously, like J C Penney's, Sears, etc. There are so many con artists on the internet now and frankly, this is not the first time I've lost money like this, but I can assure you it will be the last time!
